Always focused on creating compelling images Will’s photography background has enhanced his work in the Camera Department. Working on Film and TV shows he’s had the opportunity to work with some classic Directors of Photography, Operators and Assistants and steal all of their tricks. His drive to improve and learn put him through a number of courses all over the continent and impressed some skilled Film and High Def artists and technicians. Having an innate skill to tell a story with a camera he found opportunities as an operator on television dramas and documentaries with such broadcasters as Discovery Channel.
Will is steadily increasing his ability to master various looks and be able to communicate with Directors and Producers to create high quality productions while always having always having fun, he is described as patient and calm. On set he understands the pressures of the day can easily adapt to solve the challenges at hand.
Ultimately the goal is to tell stories with images. Be the images still or moving the way the camera and subjects align to connect with the person looking at them is the key.
With a varied background the focus as never changed from having an eye in the lens. Will has worked on a number of HD shows as well as actually having had quite a bit of film experience as well.
